Since we have live agents covering different time zones hours vary for live support

If live support chat is offline create a support ticket do not send a email it will only delay you getting support.


To create a support ticket
Log into your helpdesk account
1- Select Tickets from the menu
2- Create Ticket

If not registered in helpdesk
1- Register to helpdesk and then log in
2- Select Tickets from the menu
3- Create Ticket
